About Ding Prize

To further recognize the outstanding contributions of domestic scientists to computational science in the field of surface analysis and microbeam analysis, the Chinese Chapter of the Committee established the Ding Prize named by Prof. Ding Zejun. Li Yonggang of the Institute of Solid State Physics, Hefei Institute of Materials Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was awarded the prize for his important role in the development of the international standard ISO21466.

Senior Engineer Huimin Li of the Center for Supercomputing at the University of Science and Technology of China, Associate Professor Shifeng Mao of the School of Nuclear Sciences at the University of Science and Technology of China, Associate Professor Yanbo Zou of the School of Physics and Electronic Engineering at Xinjiang Normal University, and Researcher Yonggang Li of the Institute of Solid State Physics, Hefei Institute of Materials Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, were awarded the prize for their important role in the development of the international standard ISO21466.
